It is easy to “GivePhoto GetArt” with La Moon Gallery. Firstly, customer chooses his/her favorite picture(s). Send the picture(s) to us with his/her requirements about size and color of the outcome portrait in graphic style. Choose outcome package: file or printed & Framed. Pay an advance 50% of service cost. He/she will receive an e-mail with attached pictures of 3-4 color schemes for choosing what is he/her the most favorite. For File Package, customer will be asked to pay the rest of the service cost, then, the final file(s) will be send. For Printed & Framed Package, after we receive a customer reply, printing and framing need 7-10 days to finish. Finally, customer comes to our shop to pick up the portrait and pay the remains of service cost. Delivery by Thailand Post is another choice.

Details of the processes

1. Prepare the photo(s)

Customer could send his/her photo(s) to us in the digital file format or the 4″x6″ size photograph. Ideas for choosing is the right photo will result the best portrait.

• The right photo is photo that taken in a properly distance. The face could be seen clearly.

• The most of picture that taken by the mobile’s camera is not the right choice. It seems to give a small and not clear enough face.

• The landscape picture scene is not suitable for drawing the portrait.

2. Choose the portrait size

Customer could freely design his/her desire size or select our following standard sizes: (A) 8″x10″ (B) 10″x12″ (C) 12″x16″ (D) 16″x20″ (E) 20″x30″. However, the portrait must be framing and finishing by hand, finished size may be slightly small from this size standard.

3. Choose Color scheme

Customer may specific his/her favorite color(s) of the background and shirt. However, our artist will propose the preview of 3-4 different color schemes and ask customer choose his/her the most favorite.

4. Pay an advance

When we receive customer’s photo(s) and his/her requirements, customer will be received our reply invoice and be asking for pay an advance 50% of total cost via PayPal payment.

5. Preview pictures

After customer payment are approved. Within 5 Days, customer will receive an e-mail with attach files of 3-4 different color schemes. Please choose your most favorite one.

6. Printing and framing

After the chosen one is reply, it will be printed and framed. This process needs 7-10 days to finish.

7. Pay the remain and picking up

Finally customer photo(s) is become graphic style portrait art and now ready to pick up. Customer could come to our shop and pay the remains of the cost. We open daily except Monday on 10 am to 5 pm. Delivery via ThailandPost is another choice. When the rest of the cost and delivery charge are paid, the portrait will be packed and delivered.

SERVICE COST

Service cost of “GivePhoto GetArt” depends on drawing cost, printing technique and frame size.

• Drawing cost is FIX rate US$ 36.99 per person per face. For example drawing cost of 2 people is 2×36.99= US$ 73.98.

• Printing and framing cost

We provide 2 medium of prints for customer choosing: printed on paper or on canvas. The picture that printed on paper will be laminated and framed on black wood box style. It has a modern looks and easy for cleaning. While printed on canvas will be stretched on wooden frame. It has a closer looks to the original painting than the first.

• Customer needs only picture file. No print and no frame. Only drawing cost is need to pay. Customer will get the JPEG file with 2,400×3,000 pixels dimensions at 200 dpi resolutions. The file could be printed on 12×15 inch paper size.

• Customer needs the picture’s VECTOR file. We have to ask another rate, the vector file cost is US$ 99.99. Customer will get the AI or EPS file with quality of scalable image. Absolutely, customer will have the FULL rights to use or publish the picture in any means.

However, All Printed & Framed Package’s customer will be received the 200 dpi Jpeg file for FREE. All files will be send to customer as attached files or download links. If customer needs a CD, please let us ask additional cost for US$ 3.50.
